Yes. Code, domain, accounts, credentials and documentation are all in your name on final payment. Leaving Koso is easy. That's why clients stay.

Start with a Tune Up. For $950 we go through it properly, fix what can be fixed inside the week, and hand you a ranked list of what's left. If a rebuild turns out to be the better answer we'll say so plainly, and the $950 comes off it.

It's included in our Run plans. Typical small business cloud costs run $50 to $300 a month, and we pass them through at cost. You see the real number, not a marked up one.

Because you should be able to work out whether we're in your range without booking a meeting to find out. It also keeps us honest. A published price is much harder to quietly inflate.

Usually, yes, and that's often cheaper than replacing them. If something you're paying for genuinely isn't worth keeping we'll tell you, but we won't rip out a working system just to bill you for a new one.

Yes. We work remotely with clients anywhere in Australia, and in person where it matters.

Everything is documented and registered in your name from day one, so the handover is already done. Run has no lock in contract. We earn the retainer every month or you walk away.
